About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the strategic implementation of Renaissance products purchased by local public schools
Deliver professional development training on best practices for product usage
Coordinate professional development and technical services for the assigned district
Create and maintain a detailed project schedule with the Customer Success Management Team
Resolve customer issues with Renaissance leaders
Establish and maintain communication with schools, district leaders, and Renaissance
Host weekly status meetings with district leaders
Monitor implementation and form recommendations for next steps
Work with campuses remotely and onsite when applicable
Identify opportunities to improve or expand district implementation
Analyze district- and school-level data after each assessment period
Participate in internal meetings and professional learning opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of Renaissance products: FastBridge
Attention to detail and accuracy with strong communication and organization skills
Ability to communicate with key district leaders
Positive, professional attitude with flexible travel schedule
Understanding of how school districts operate
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Live in or around the Las Vegas, NV area
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States
Renaissance is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa
