About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage window jobs from kickoff through completion
- Accurately measure, estimate, and order all materials
- Coordinate crews, deliveries, and timelines
- Monitor costs, control job profitability, and avoid overages
- Communicate with homeowners and ensure satisfaction
- Conduct pre-construction meetings and final inspections
- Address issues in real time to prevent delays or callbacks
- Collaborate with sales, production, and customer service
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years experience in window project management
- Strong knowledge of takeoffs, materials, and installation processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accountability
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must have experience measuring windows
