About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactively contact qualified leads, previous guests, and prospective travelers through outbound sales activity
  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach and follow-up to convert opportunities into bookings
  • Build rapport and engage customers in travel-focused sales conversations
  • Understand customer needs, preferences, timing, and travel goals through consultative discovery
  • Recommend suitable TTC brands, itineraries, and travel products
  • Manage opportunities from initial contact through booking, closure, or final disposition
  • Maintain follow-up schedules and ownership of assigned sales opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant travel experiences
  • Capture customer interactions and sales activity within CRM systems
  • Participate in coaching, training, and development activities
  • Share customer insights and feedback to support business and sales improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in outbound sales, business development, inside sales, or a high-performance contact center environment
  • Proven success achieving or exceeding sales, revenue, or conversion targets
  • Experience proactively contacting customers and progressing opportunities toward a sale
  • Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and follow-up activities simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management tools
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with measurable performance goals
  • Previous experience in outbound sales or business development roles
  • Travel, tourism, hospitality, or other high-value consultative sales experience
  • Experience converting digital leads, abandoned carts, or customer inquiries into sales
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Genesys, or similar CRM and contact center platforms
  • Familiarity with TTC brands, destinations, or travel products
  • Ability to start training November 16, 2026 if hired
