About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

  • Provide high-quality, individualized care within a 25-billable expectation
  • Use AI-powered tools and back-office support to streamline administrative tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active BCBA Certification (required)
  • North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Compassionate, team-oriented mindset
