About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience in clinic-based, in-home, or hybrid ABA service models
- Passion for helping children reach their full potential
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Flexible mindset and collaborative spirit
