About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and deepen relationships with pediatric providers, diagnosticians, behavioral health professionals, schools, and referral partners across the Winston-Salem area
  • Represent The Treetop in person at provider offices, community events, and professional meetings
  • Drive completed intakes by converting provider relationships into families starting care
  • Respond quickly to incoming referrals
  • Collaborate with intake and clinical teams to ensure a smooth start to care
  • Organize and log activity and relationships to track effectiveness
  • Serve as the trusted local representative and voice of The Treetop

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • ABA or healthcare experience required
  • Experience in or around ABA, healthcare intake, or provider relations
  • Understanding of referrals and diagnosis-to-service processes
  • Established connections to pediatricians, diagnosticians, schools, nonprofits, or referral sources in the WS market
  • Must live within commuting distance of WS and know the local community
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Comfortable with frequent in-market and regional travel
  • Independent and organized
  • Ability to build and deepen relationships with pediatric providers, behavioral health professionals, schools, and referral partners
