About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the first point of contact for families seeking ABA therapy services
- Manage 75–100+ inbound and outbound calls daily
- Explain programs and guide families through the intake process
- Follow up to collect insurance information, documentation, and consents
- Track progress in Salesforce and other systems
- Meet and exceed goals for responsiveness, conversion, and completion
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ year of experience in sales, outreach, intake, or client-facing roles
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, phone-driven environment
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills
- Driven by results, goals, and bonus opportunities
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs preferred
- Detail-oriented, organized, and strong at follow-through
- High school diploma required
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in ABA, healthcare, or behavioral health is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred
- Must reside in the USA
