About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with the CEO to shape strategic priorities

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years' experience in strategy, consulting, commercial leadership, business transformation, operations, finance, technology, or a related environment
- Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- Exceptional strategic thinking and structured problem-solving capability
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify opportunities that create measurable business value
- Proven track record of leading initiatives and delivering successful business outcomes
- Ability to navigate complexity, simplify ambiguity, and drive execution
- Experience leveraging AI, automation, or technology to improve business performance, decision-making, or growth
- Strong analytical capability and ability to translate insights into action
- Confidence and credibility to engage, influence, and challenge senior stakeholders
- High degree of ownership, accountability, and personal drive
