About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Understand and document business processes in detail to identify automation opportunities

  • Support the day-to-day operation of the automation estate, ensuring bots run efficiently and reliably
  • Act as a key point of contact for automation-related queries, incidents and requests
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and optimisation of existing automated processes
  • Collaborate with experienced Automation Engineers to deliver solutions with measurable business impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical approach to challenges
  • Experience working with business processes, systems or operational workflows
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across different teams
  • Proactive, self-motivated mindset and willingness to learn
  • Interest in technology, process improvement and finding smarter ways of working
  • Successful candidates must undertake credit, CIFAS and Right to Work checks
  • DBS (criminal records) check if a specific requirement of the role
  • Must disclose relevant information, including any unspent criminal convictions, before checks are undertaken
