About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Knowledge Manager in leading the Customer Care and knowledge strategy
  • Create, maintain and publish content in line with strategic plans, including periodic reviews
  • Ensure knowledge content remains aligned with the brand
  • Measure and analyse the effectiveness of the knowledge management tool
  • Develop improvement ideas to increase product adoption
  • Act as an ambassador for knowledge management across the business
  • Conduct external research and benchmarking
  • Share new ideas to continuously improve the knowledge product

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in copy writing or working in a knowledge environment is crucial to in-role success
  • Experience in a contact centre environment would be valuable
  • Eye for detail
  • Naturally proactive and able to identify where and how to make improvements
  • Ability to communicate in an informative and engaging manner
  • Passion and pride in work
  • Natural desire to connect, collaborate and be a team player
  • Enjoy analysing data and developing knowledge content
