About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube throughout the funnel
- Oversee and allocate paid social budgets across platforms and campaigns to meet KPIs such as ROI
- Act as the main business contact for paid social
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Translate and explain platform and internal data to report activity performance to stakeholders
- Identify, test, and implement opportunities to improve performance and advance paid social strategy
- Manage and develop a direct report
- Report to the Digital Marketing Lead for Paid Social and support a team of Executives
- Keep up to date with industry and platform trends and changes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years marketing experience with a strong understanding of paid social ecosystems
- Hands-on experience managing Paid Social campaigns
- Experience managing and developing a direct report
- Experience of both direct response activity utilising feeds and branding activity
- Analytical skills and a good level of understanding of Excel
- Understanding of digital marketing measurement tools: GA4, MMM, MTA
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proactive and enthusiastic
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- High attention to detail, including proofreading, spelling, and grammar
- Successful candidates required to undertake credit, CIFAS, Right to Work checks, and, where specifically required, a DBS check
