About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative support to the supply chain function
  • Manage Direct Despatch order banks across the department and develop best practices for efficiencies
  • Support the team in managing and resolving ad-hoc issues with under-performing suppliers
  • Maintain report updates to improve visibility of customer promise and stock health KPIs
  • Develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support management of suppliers, product availability, and inventory
  • Help maximize customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability through supply-base and inventory management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Good interpretation and presentation of data
  • Strong relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly motivated and willing to learn
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong focus on the customer
  • Understanding of data and systems
  • Successful completion of credit, CIFAS, Right to Work checks, and, if required, a DBS check
  • Ability to participate in a one-hour face-to-face interview and competency questions
