About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop high-value AI solutions, from technical design through production deployment and monitoring
Work on a range of traditional and generative AI projects, including object detection, sales forecasting, RAG, and AI agents
Ensure solution quality and on-time delivery
Contribute to team development and the continuous improvement of practices
Work on projects across the healthcare, fintech, retail, and public sectors
Work within a multidisciplinary team typically comprising an Engineering Manager, one to three AI Engineers, and a Product Manager
Help develop technical expertise through training, initiatives, conferences, technical articles, and client discussions
Contribute to Theodo Data’s tech community through guilds, training sessions, and knowledge sharing
Grow within a Lean-inspired culture focused on continuous improvement, collective learning, and delivering value to clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with at least one hyperscaler: AWS, GCP, or Azure
Passion for traditional and generative AI
Regularly pursue training to stay up to date with the latest advances in AI
Interest in Data Engineering and the ability to work on project phases focused exclusively on data
Commitment to code and methodological quality
Favor pragmatic solutions that directly address clients’ needs
