About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define enterprise, functional, and solution architecture for the Customer Interaction platform
- Design Martech architectures involving Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Experience Manager, and Adobe Workfront
- Define architecture for in-house integration components connecting the global platform with local systems
- Design scalable and secure data and integration architectures, particularly in AWS environments
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical and architectural solutions
- Establish integration patterns and architectural principles
- Ensure consistency between global platform architecture and local implementations
- Work with program teams implementing the global platform across different countries
- Define and validate integration architecture between global and local systems
- Provide architectural guidance throughout implementation and evolution projects
- Act as technical and architectural point of contact for Adobe Experience Platform solutions
- Collaborate with business, functional, and technical stakeholders to identify requirements and resolve architectural challenges
- Ensure implementations align with target architecture and enterprise standards
- Support technical decision-making and evaluate architectural alternatives
- Review and assess application portfolios across different countries
- Define scope and boundaries between the global Customer Interaction platform and other global platforms
- Contribute to enterprise architecture activities and strategic technology decisions
- Prepare architectural proposals, documentation, and presentations for senior management and steering committees
- Identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and optimization across the application landscape
- Collaborate with enterprise, solution, data, and technical architects to ensure alignment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience working with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform Customer Data Platform (CDP)
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Experience designing enterprise and solution architectures for customer interaction or Martech platforms
- Solid knowledge of Data Architecture and data integration
- Experience designing solution architectures in AWS environments
- Experience integrating cloud platforms with on-premise or local enterprise systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with business, functional, technical, and architecture stakeholders
- Experience working in large-scale, enterprise, or international environments
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, data flows, and distributed architectures
- Experience translating business and functional requirements into technical and architectural solutions
- Strong documentation and presentation skills, including preparing materials for senior management
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Advanced English level (C1)
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) preferred
- Experience with Adobe Workfront preferred
- Experience in Martech, Customer Experience, CRM, or Customer Data platforms preferred
- Experience with additional AWS services and cloud-native architectures preferred
- Experience in Enterprise Architecture frameworks and methodologies preferred
- Experience with global platforms deployed across multiple countries preferred
- Experience in application portfolio management and technology landscape assessment preferred
- Experience working with senior management and steering committees preferred
- Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance requirements for enterprise data platforms preferred
