About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Analyze each community’s culture, user behavior, content norms, and participation guidelines
  • Develop tailored engagement strategies for different communities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least one year of hands-on experience managing Reddit and Quora accounts or communities
  • Excellent English writing, editing, and research skills
  • Strong ability to analyze user intent and audience needs
  • Familiarity with Reddit culture, subreddit rules, moderation, and engagement best practices
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Strong ownership of projects and results
  • Preferred: Experience managing or growing a branded subreddit
  • Preferred: Familiarity with K–12 education or parent-focused content
  • Preferred: Experience with community analytics, organic growth, or SEO
