About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare and teach online math classes weekly for Preschool to Kindergarten students
  • Understand math concepts and prepare lessons based on Think Academy's curriculum
  • Deliver engaging and age-appropriate math classes
  • Participate in paid teaching assistant work and learn from experienced lead teachers
  • Conduct trial lessons with new students to help them enroll in the correct classes
  • Grade homework and communicate with parents weekly about students' learning progress and improvement areas
  • Perform other work assigned by the teaching management team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or higher; all majors are welcome though Education or STEM-related majors are preferred
  • Prior math teaching experience is a plus
  • High-energy, enthusiastic, and charismatic with the ability to engage and excite children effectively
  • Availability and willingness to work full-time from Tuesday to Sunday starting April 2026
  • Passionate about teaching, responsible, and enthusiastic about working with children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with parents
  • A stable computer, reliable internet and timely communication
  • Weekend required
