About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver one-on-one online math lessons for students in Grades 1-4 across North America, aligned with the CCSS framework
- Teach in English using interactive and student-centered methods
- Prepare lesson content based on individual student needs
- Provide timely feedback and targeted guidance
- Adapt communication style to keep lower elementary students engaged and motivated
- Support project testing and ongoing curriculum development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Teaching experience or a valid teaching certificate is highly preferred
- Available and willing to work during weekday evenings and weekends (US time zones)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is preferred
