About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of local schools, educational resources, parent communities, and market trends to continuously identify user needs and marketing opportunities
  • Join and manage local parent WeChat groups, build relationships with parents, participate in discussions, and develop user insights
  • Plan and produce content for WeChat, Xiaohongshu, and other channels based on parents’ needs, continuously optimizing content direction
  • Plan and execute local parent events, community partnerships, and education-related initiatives to expand local resources
  • Independently drive marketing projects, coordinate internal and external resources, follow up on execution details, and review project outcomes
  • Gradually take on responsibility for a broader regional business scope, with opportunities to grow into a Regional Marketing Lead or Regional Market Owner

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in Marketing, Content, Community, Education, Social Media, or related fields
  • Strong sensitivity to user needs and a well-developed user sense
  • Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to build natural relationships with parents
  • Strong information-gathering, learning, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly proactive, execution-oriented, detail-oriented, and responsible
  • Experience managing local parent communities in the United States
  • Familiarity with WeChat groups, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, and other community and content platforms
  • Experience in K-12 education, local marketing, offline events, or community partnerships
