About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a senior point of contact and trusted strategic partner for key client relationships
  • Build long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders and understand their businesses, objectives, challenges, and opportunities
  • Lead complex client conversations, including strategic recommendations, creative presentations, scope discussions, challenges, and difficult conversations
  • Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident in the work and partnership
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively bring forward ideas, solutions, and opportunities
  • Own the health and growth of key accounts across social, creative, content, production, media, experiential, technology, and other capabilities
  • Develop account growth plans and support broader new-business initiatives
  • Identify organic growth opportunities and help convert them into revenue
  • Manage account scopes, budgets, profitability, resourcing, and commercial performance
  • Partner with Finance, Production, and agency leadership to manage accounts sustainably
  • Contribute to pitches, proposals, presentations, and new-business opportunities
  • Lead integrated engagements from initial brief through strategy, creative development, production, execution, and reporting
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Social, Production, Media, and other disciplines
  • Keep projects aligned on scope, timing, budget, quality, and client expectations
  • Remove roadblocks and solve problems in complex or fast-moving client environments
  • Champion ambitious creative thinking while balancing client objectives and commercial realities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Client Services team members
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, curiosity, and excellent client service
  • Provide coaching and feedback to strengthen strategic, commercial, and relationship-management skills
  • Structure account teams and resourcing for client needs and team sustainability
  • Partner with senior leadership on hiring, performance management, career development, and succession planning
  • Act as a senior leader within AntiSocial’s Los Angeles office
  • Evolve Client Services processes, tools, standards, and ways of working
  • Foster collaboration across AntiSocial, Thinkingbox, and The Heist
  • Represent the agency with clients, partners, prospects, and the broader industry
  • Monitor shifts in social, digital, culture, technology, creators, and consumer behaviour and bring relevant insights to clients and internal teams
  • Build trusted client relationships, grow key accounts, develop the Client Services team, and enable high-quality work

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience in client services, account management, business leadership, or a similar role within an agency environment
  • Experience leading large, complex, and integrated client relationships
  • Strong knowledge of social marketing
  • Understanding of how social connects with broader brand, creative, content, production, media, and experiential work
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior and executive-level clients
  • Experience growing existing accounts and identifying new revenue opportunities
  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience managing scopes, budgets, retainers, profitability, and resourcing
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and developing account or client-services teams
  • Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
  • Ability to move between high-level strategic conversations and details required to keep complex work moving
  • Collaborative leadership style and ability to bring together different disciplines around a shared goal
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial agency environment
  • Genuine interest in culture, creativity, social media, emerging platforms, and how brands connect with audiences
