About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and oversee a portfolio of key client accounts as a senior and trusted point of contact
  • Build long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders and understand their businesses, brands, audiences, and goals
  • Provide strategic counsel and translate business challenges into agency opportunities
  • Oversee integrated programs spanning social, creative, content production, influencer and creator marketing, digital media, and campaign development
  • Partner with Strategy, Creative, Production, Media, and Social teams to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Lead senior-level client presentations, conversations, workshops, and business reviews
  • Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and introduce AntiSocial and Thinkingbox capabilities
  • Own account health, including client satisfaction, scope, profitability, resourcing, and delivery quality
  • Partner with internal leadership on growth strategies, forecasting, scopes of work, and annual planning
  • Direct and mentor Account Directors, Account Managers, and other Account team members
  • Establish clear ways of working across internal teams and client organizations
  • Anticipate challenges, navigate difficult conversations, and develop proactive solutions
  • Ensure teams have the information, resources, and clarity needed to deliver exceptional work
  • Stay connected to social platforms, creator culture, digital trends, emerging technology, and marketing changes
  • Contribute to new business opportunities, pitches, and organic growth initiatives
  • Help shape the growth of AntiSocial’s Account department, culture, processes, and client experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in account management, client services, or business leadership within an agency environment
  • Experience leading large, complex, and high-value client relationships
  • Strong understanding of social-first marketing, digital campaigns, content, creators/influencers, and integrated marketing
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and collaborating across Creative, Strategy, Production, Media, and Social
  • Track record of growing client relationships and identifying organic business opportunities
  • Confidence working directly with senior and executive-level client stakeholders
  • Strong commercial awareness, including experience managing scopes, budgets, forecasts, and account profitability
  • Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing account teams
  • Ability to balance big-picture strategic thinking with the details required to keep complex accounts moving
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach and comfort navigating fast-moving environments
  • Genuine interest in culture, social media, creators, advertising, and the evolving digital landscape
