About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Install and configure learning management software such as iServ, MNS Pro, or comparable open-source solutions in customer environments
  • Integrate learning management systems into network infrastructures
  • Administer and secure the underlying Linux and Windows server environments
  • Advise customers on required system upgrades
  • Independently plan and implement updates
  • Gather technical requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Very good written and spoken German (C1/C2 level)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to implement projects on-site at customer locations
  • Strong knowledge of Linux administration, such as Debian and Ubuntu
  • Knowledge of current Windows Server environments
  • Successfully completed IT-related vocational training or an equivalent degree, combined with relevant professional experience
  • Ideally, experience with LMS platforms or the ambition to quickly learn this software
  • Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into technical concepts
  • Ability to independently structure customer visits and projects
  • Willingness and ability to implement technical solutions hands-on
