About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in the management and running of litigation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience as a paralegal, preferably with a background in employment rights
  • Knowledge of Employment Law
  • Knowledge of Employment Tribunal (ET) Procedure
  • Degree in Law or a related qualification
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Highly organised
  • Creative thinking
  • Empathetic and persuasive approach to client care in a legal environment
