About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and advise on Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment implementations
  • Implement and maintain GitOps practices for automated infrastructure and application deployments using Git repositories
  • Manage and maintain existing infrastructure and cloud infrastructure environments
  • Identify required maintenance proactively and ensure timely execution
  • Design future-proof, scalable solutions that are easy for software development teams to use
  • Close the gap between customer deployments and ThreatFabric templates
  • Support and execute API deployments internally and within customer environments
  • Implement monitoring and logging solutions to detect and resolve issues proactively
  • Perform root cause analyses independently and implement sustainable fixes
  • Ensure unit testing, code coverage, dependency checks, and security scans meet agreed standards and timelines
  • Manage infrastructure security by implementing and maintaining security protocols within DevOps processes
  • Maintain and manage compute clusters supporting AI/ML workloads
  • Enable collaboration between Data Scientists and Developers
  • Implement and adhere to team and product SLAs
  • Participate in the 24/7 on-call pool for critical incidents when required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including EC2, EKS, S3, IAM, VPC, and related technologies
  • Strong experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and Argo CD
  • Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycle, including version control, code reviews, and release management practices
  • Proven experience implementing and operating observability and monitoring solutions using Grafana, Prometheus, and AWS CloudWatch
  • Experience with log management, search, and analytics platforms, including Elasticsearch and OpenSearch
  • Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code methodologies using Terraform or equivalent technologies
  • Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes deployments with Helm
  • Experience working with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures
  • Software development background with practical experience in Java, Python, and Go
  • Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management and cloud security best practices
  • Experience designing and troubleshooting AWS networking components and architectures
  • Knowledge of FinOps principles and experience optimizing cloud consumption and infrastructure costs
  • Ability to analyze internal and external customer requirements
  • Structured, step-by-step approach to root cause analysis and solution implementation
  • Precision in building and maintaining systems and infrastructure
  • Ability to produce clear, complete, and transferable documentation
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Clear communication of ideas, trade-offs, and proposed technical solutions
  • Positive and active attitude towards information security, business continuity, and privacy
  • Participation in awareness sessions and keeping up to date on relevant information
  • Ability to report security incidents to the Risk Officer or support incident resolution when expertise is required
