About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build relationships with employees and serve as an onsite health and wellness resource
- Educate employees on body mechanics, movement, ergonomics, and injury-prevention strategies
- Provide early intervention and individualized care for musculoskeletal concerns
- Help employees remain healthy, active, and productive at work
- Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and proactive wellness
- Manage daily responsibilities in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Partner with team members and client leaders to identify and address workplace health trends
- Document services and follow established clinical protocols
Requirements
What you’ll need- Certified Athletic Trainer with an active state license and bachelor’s degree OR Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with an associate degree
- Active CPR, AED, and First Aid certification
- Experience with orthopedic or musculoskeletal conditions preferred
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable engaging with employees and leaders at all levels
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, fitness, or another relationship-focused environment preferred
