About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the stable operation of complex cloud, virtualization, and container platforms
- Provide functional and disciplinary leadership to the Operations team
- Support the professional development of team members
- Ensure a high level of service quality
- Manage 3rd-level support, incident management, and escalation management
- Optimize operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Drive automation initiatives
- Work closely with development teams
- Oversee the transition of new platform features into production operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of leadership experience in Cloud Operations, IT infrastructure, or comparable technical fields
- Extensive experience operating complex cloud platforms and cloud infrastructures
- Strong understanding of IaaS, Kubernetes, Linux, networking, storage, and virtualization
- Experience operating business-critical IT environments and managing incidents and escalations
- Structured and organized approach to work
- Hands-on mentality
- Strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of OpenStack is an advantage but not a prerequisite
