About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the continued development of Kubernetes- and OpenStack-based cloud platforms
Develop technical roadmaps and define development priorities
Guide architectural decision-making
Lead the team both technically and disciplinarily, while supporting employees’ professional development
Work closely with Product Management and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Ensure the quality of platform solutions and their structured handover to the Operations team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of leadership experience in Cloud Engineering, Platform Development, or comparable technical fields
Strong experience with cloud platforms, their architecture, and their continued development
Good understanding of Kubernetes, container technologies, and modern cloud infrastructures
Knowledge of Linux, networking, storage, virtualization, and distributed systems
Strategic mindset, hands-on approach, and strong leadership skills
Knowledge of OpenStack is an advantage but not a prerequisite
