About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create and continuously improve the supply plan
Carry out supply and inventory planning based on forecasts and demand
Analyze inventory levels, availability, capacity, and risks
Develop various planning scenarios and specific solution approaches
Actively challenge forecasts and planning assumptions
Work closely with Sales, Demand Planning, Procurement, Production, and Logistics
Contribute to process improvement and transformation projects
Support the implementation and further development of planning tools and SAP
Analyze KPIs and prepare decision-making materials

Requirements

What you’ll need

Approximately 2–3 years of relevant experience in Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Demand & Supply Planning, or a comparable area
Relevant experience as a working student or in a junior role may also be considered
Practical experience with modern planning tools such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Anaplan, or comparable solutions
Experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent English skills
Motivation to take ownership and actively shape initiatives
