About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support, further development, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues affecting the existing network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/MPLS/WLAN)
  • Implementation of the update and upgrade strategy in this environment
  • Documentation of the network infrastructure and network monitoring systems
  • Remote and on-site support for the network infrastructure at the clinic’s locations and affiliated MVZ medical practices
  • Support and implementation of IT projects
  • Liaison with IT service providers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Successfully completed degree in IT or a comparable completed technical qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in information technology, particularly in networking and Active Directory
  • Knowledge of IT security, firewalls, and BSI requirements
  • Ideally, knowledge of the TI/Gematik infrastructure
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical understanding, with an independent, solution-oriented, and service-oriented approach to work
  • Class B driver’s license and willingness to work across multiple locations
  • Excellent German language skills and good English language skills
