About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist investment teams in closing and funding investments
- Prepare and ensure completion of required transaction documents and funding packages
- Lead ad hoc projects and initiatives for the private placements team
- Partner across the enterprise on system upgrades, integrations, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Serve as primary contact for regulatory compliance reporting and provide requested documentation
- Assist the investment team with postings and covenant compliance activities

What you’ll need- Eligibility limited to candidates who successfully completed the Nuveen Green Capital 2026 Summer Internship Program and received a verbal offer for full-time employment based on internship performance
