Deliver high-quality audit support by achieving production, accuracy, and QC effectiveness targets
Meet daily production targets within SLA timelines while maintaining accuracy and minimizing error leakage
Conduct quality checks and peer reviews
Identify and escalate process deviations
Ensure adherence to quality frameworks and standard QC guidelines
Provide on-ground query resolution and knowledge sharing
Maintain full process versatility
Participate in calibration sessions, training, and team meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of work experience required
3+ years of work experience preferred
University degree preferred
Ability to meet daily production targets within SLA timelines
Ability to maintain 100% accuracy and high QC effectiveness
Knowledge of quality standards, quality frameworks, and standard QC guidelines
Ability to identify and escalate process deviations
Full process versatility
Knowledge of investment compliance
Skills in accountability, automation, business acumen-based communication, business process understanding, client relationship management, communication, critical thinking, data-based decision making, detail orientation, prioritization, and problem solving
