About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take inbound calls from clients and prospects
  • Conduct prospecting and follow-up outreach
  • Provide product and investment education
  • Implement appropriate retirement income solutions
  • Identify qualified referral opportunities for internal business partners
  • Support clients through the lifetime income application process
  • Develop and maintain a sales-opportunity pipeline
  • Resolve not-in-good-order cases and other account-opening barriers
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
  • Communicate timely with relevant business partners
  • Manage immediate annuity application cases and retirement plan investment advice activities
  • Assist clients with diversified retirement income solutions and account funding

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of work experience required
  • Series 7 and Series 63 FINRA registrations
  • Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) required within 120 days of start date
  • University degree preferred
  • Understanding of retirement plans, individual products, retirement planning, income replacement options, and account-opening requirements and processes
  • Ability to obtain all required licenses within 120 days from start date
  • Sedentary work capability
