About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver end-user experiences through craft design and execution across end-to-end journeys
- Collaborate with design, research, product management, and development teams
- Support implementation of modern design methods and best practices
- Ensure journey designs meet end-user needs and align with client and business goals
- Collaborate with research, brand marketing, data and analytics, technology, digital, and product-line teams
- Support the end-to-end vision and strategic roadmap through validated design concepts and stories
- Support experience strategy goals
- Facilitate workshops to learn best practices and deliver successful outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- University (Degree) Preferred
- 7+ years of work experience Preferred
- Experience with end-to-end experience design and delivery
- Knowledge of design research, journey mapping, personas, storyboards, concept designs, prototyping, and final production designs
- User Experience Design skills
- Prototyping skills
- Ability to collaborate with design, research, product management, development, brand marketing, data and analytics, technology, digital, and product-line teams
- Ability to facilitate workshops
- Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work
