About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with business partners to implement business plans
  • Structure interactions, communications, processes, and activities to deliver business goals and increase client satisfaction
  • Increase consistency and quality of TIAA service through administrative efficiency, operational transactions, and products
  • Maintain client relationships and improve plan efficiencies
  • Drive growth in premium and transfers-in, new account acquisition, and asset retention
  • Serve clients and improve client outcomes through customer service and operational excellence
  • Act as the primary administrative point of contact and advocate for assigned institutions
  • Develop holistic plan management routines to identify plan efficiency opportunities
  • Bring data-driven insights to integrated teams and institutional clients
  • Respond to customer inquiries and manage product and service issues
  • Deepen relationships with plan sponsors, HR partners, and internal support teams
  • Partner with CSM I in a pooled model to manage administrative and operational activities for institutional clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree preferred
  • 3+ years of work experience required; 5+ years preferred
  • Series 6 or 7 FINRA registration
  • Series 63 FINRA registration
  • Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) - Multiple Issuers required
  • Sedentary work capability
  • Client relationship management, business development, retirement planning selling, negotiation, problem solving, and financial markets knowledge
