About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with institutional clients and advisors or internal stakeholders to deliver communications driving participant engagement during critical plan transitions
- Develop and deliver multichannel communications campaigns for assigned plan change projects
- Align communications with Corporate, Brand, client, and Institutional Relationships segment objectives
- Deploy communications using internal marketing automation platforms
- Track engagement metrics and adjust strategies based on performance data
- Create and disseminate communications for institutional news, plan updates, and general mailings
- Create, refine, and manage communication templates and resources
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Client Services to ensure regulatory and business alignment
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience required
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or client-facing roles preferred
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, retirement plans, benefits communications, or related field preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with marketing automation platforms
- Knowledge of communication strategy, channel management, content development, copywriting, relationship management, storytelling, and TIAA products/services
- Ability to collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Client Services, institutional partners, transition teams, product owners, and readiness groups
- Ability to meet regulatory requirements and business objectives
