About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure data within the domain meets business requirements for operational and analytical use cases
- Investigate and drive consistent metric definitions across the enterprise
- Develop one consistent view of the customer, user experience, and business performance
- Partner with domain stakeholders and subject matter experts to capture and maintain business metadata
- Partner with IT and data engineering teams to capture and maintain technical and lineage metadata
- Ensure data quality requirements are included in product and system development processes
- Ensure data complies with enterprise policies, regulatory requirements, and legal/contractual commitments
- Participate in risk/compliance reviews, audits, and examinations
- Oversee data issue management, tracking, resolution, escalation, and status reporting
- Provide training and education on appropriate data usage
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience Required
- 5+ years of Data Analysis/Analytics experience
- 7+ years of Data Analysis/Analytics experience in a financial services setting preferred
- Data quality and data governance expertise
- Expert knowledge of end-to-end master data processes and flows
