About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain close relationships with client-facing Wealth Management associates
  • Coach and motivate associates to meet clients' comprehensive goals by identifying productivity enhancements and best practices
  • Collaborate with client-facing leaders to develop coaching plans that influence client-centric and comprehensive sales practices
  • Educate and coach associates on TIAA solutions and tools within TIAA's Client Engagement Model
  • Participate as a keynote speaker at client seminars as needed
  • Join client meetings to coach or show-coach client-facing associates
  • Act as a subject matter expert in financial planning concepts
  • Support wealth market leaders by delivering comprehensive planning and financial solutions through coaching, skill development, and practice management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of work experience required
  • 7+ years of work experience preferred
  • Series 7 FINRA registration
  • Series 63 FINRA registration
  • Series 65 FINRA registration
  • Series 66 FINRA registration
  • Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) - Multiple Issuers required
  • Understanding of clients' unique financial objectives
  • Advanced proficiency in client lifecycle management
  • Subject matter expertise in financial planning concepts
  • Wealth management, retirement planning, sales, and TIAA products/services knowledge
  • Sedentary work capability
