About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Schedule in-person and virtual appointments for sales teams through proactive calls to existing clients and prospects
  • Maintain an 18–25 appointment goal per week
  • Schedule appointments based on travel routes and focus lists
  • Maintain shared notes and calendar invitations
  • Draft creative and strategic emails
  • Review and submit expense reports to Finance
  • Process check requests for meeting reimbursements and charitable contributions
  • Order literature for meetings and follow-ups
  • Update meeting notes and CRM records in Salesforce
  • Coordinate and facilitate conference calls and compliance reviews
  • Update weekly marketing packets
  • Aggregate team success stories, campaign feedback, seminars, and COI events for leadership reporting
  • Enter CUSIPs, par amounts, or mutual fund tickers into Excel for municipal bond/matrix reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • No experience required; 2+ years preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Financial Services experience preferred
  • SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 optional and encouraged within the first 6 months of joining
  • Sedentary work
  • Experience with Salesforce, Excel, and expense reports
  • Knowledge of CUSIPs, par amounts, or mutual fund tickers preferred
