About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete two 12-month rotational assignments across the Chief Investment Office organization
- Support investment research, client portfolio management, business strategy, and portfolio solutions
- Analyze markets and evaluate investment opportunities
- Support portfolio and research initiatives
- Contribute to strategic projects and business initiatives
- Gain exposure to multiple asset classes and investment disciplines
- Participate in formal development opportunities, mentorship, senior leader engagement, and financial modeling training
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree Required
- No experience required
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must not require current or future work visa sponsorship to retain authorization to work in the U.S.
- Sedentary work physical requirements
- Participation in TIAA’s Summer Associate Internship Program preferred
