About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle miscellaneous and manual check processing, corporate checks, and secured check room operations
- Assist with incoming and outgoing wire processing, including outgoing OMNI wire preparation
- Perform end-of-day wire reconciliations
- Resolve rejected or incomplete ACH transactions
- Follow established procedures for end-of-day closing and reconciliation of customer account transactions
- Participate in cross-training programs to develop additional competencies
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience required; 3+ years preferred
- Experience in the financial services operations industry
- Accounting and general ledger experience
- Banking experience
- Ability to analyze and maintain attention to detail
- General ledger and reconciliation experience
- Understanding of data and file processing
- University degree preferred
- Sedentary work physical requirements
