About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute a comprehensive product vision and strategy for generative AI use cases across finance, fraud, legal, and other business departments
- Collaborate with customers, engineers, designers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and priorities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in generative AI
- Create and present product roadmaps, business plans, and financial projections to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure alignment with company goals, values, and brand identity through strategic planning and decision-making
- Support the emerging technology program and the design and ongoing development of innovative AI, Machine Learning, and emerging-technology solutions
- Leverage product development, rapid prototyping, and user experience design to support the Hybrid/Augmented AI Workforce transformation
- Interface with internal and external TIAA stakeholders to assess how emerging technologies can affect their work and build functional prototypes
- Recommend IT architectural patterns and solutions based on project goals and needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- University (Degree)
- 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in AI/ML and experience in Generative AI
- 5+ years of experience in Agile methodologies and Design Thinking concepts
- 5+ years of experience driving technology initiatives
- Program Management experience preferred
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders preferred
- PMP (Product Management Professional) certification good to have
- Knowledge of Business Acumen, Data Preprocessing, Data Science, Innovation, Machine Learning, Market/Industry Dynamics, Predictive Modeling, Programming, and Statistics
- Physical requirement: Sedentary Work
