About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute product vision and strategy for generative AI use cases across finance, fraud, legal, and other business departments
  • Collaborate with customers, engineers, designers, and data scientists to define product requirements and priorities
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in generative AI
  • Create and present product roadmaps, business plans, and financial projections to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Align product strategy and decisions with company goals, values, and brand identity
  • Participate in the emerging technology program and design and develop innovative solutions using AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies
  • Apply product development, rapid prototyping, and user experience design expertise to support a Hybrid/Augmented AI Workforce
  • Interface with internal and external TIAA stakeholders to understand technology impacts and build functional prototypes
  • Recommend IT architectural patterns and solutions based on project goals and needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University (Degree)
  • 5–7 years of required work experience
  • 5+ years of Product Management
  • 3+ years in AI/ML
  • Hands-on experience delivering Generative AI and Agentic AI products
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile Methodologies and Design thinking concepts
  • Experience working directly with AWS Bedrock and AgentCore
  • High level of AI/ML subject matter expertise
  • Program Management experience preferred
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders preferred
  • PMP (Product Management Professional) certification preferred
  • Sedentary work physical requirement
