About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative investment solutions supporting Retail managed accounts offerings
  • Lead end-to-end design and implementation of new investment solutions
  • Define investment solution frameworks and eligibility and qualification criteria
  • Partner with internal investment teams and external managers
  • Oversee supporting infrastructure and operational and technical integrations with third-party platforms
  • Define and execute long-term product and platform vision and roadmap
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking across advisory programs, fee structures, and solution types
  • Develop growth strategies using training, digital engagement, and advisor education
  • Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Oversee disclosures, suitability frameworks, offering documents, and supervisory procedures
  • Serve as subject matter expert for inquiries, audits, and supervision requests
  • Maintain committee oversight of investment agreements
  • Create training materials, product guides, and sales support resources for advisors
  • Collaborate with technology, operations, platform partners, investment teams, marketing, and distribution
  • Provide guidance and thought leadership as managed programs evolve

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 years of experience in wealth management, asset management, or financial services with a meaningful focus on managed accounts
  • Strong understanding of alternative investment structures
  • Experience with third-party platform integration
  • Experience with Direct Indexing and Income Solution design
  • Demonstrated experience working across technology, operations, compliance, and distribution teams to bring new investment capabilities to market at scale
  • University degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in wealth management, asset management, or financial services with a meaningful focus on managed accounts preferred
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to navigate complex cross-functional environments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prior leadership/management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of firm policies, FINRA and SEC requirements, ERISA, retirement plan regulations, private placement regulations, accredited investor and qualified purchaser standards, and FINRA suitability rules
  • Must be able to perform sedentary work
