About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee day-to-day administration of specialized education savings and incentive programs
  • Ensure required reporting is accurate and large or unusual transactions are reviewed and resolved
  • Review account activity across multiple data sources and escalate threshold exceptions
  • Create and maintain tracking logs and internal SharePoint sites for fraud prevention, AML, privacy, and complaint escalation
  • Evaluate and test internal processes and systems
  • Coordinate documentation, approval, and communication of policies and procedures
  • Partner with legal, compliance, and risk teams on sensitive items and transactions
  • Maintain client account forms and coordinate statement messaging and production schedules
  • Conduct annual reviews of legal disclosures in customer communications
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and customer complaints
  • Monitor work queues daily for accuracy and procedural adherence

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of business management experience in financial services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF tools
  • Familiarity with AI tools, such as ChatGPT and Copilot
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 5+ years of business management experience in financial services preferred
  • Transfer agency (record keeping) experience in financial services strongly preferred
  • Prior experience with 529 products preferred
  • University degree preferred
  • Sedentary work capability
