About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Establish enterprise strategy and a multi-year roadmap for leads and referrals across TIAA sources and channels
  • Design and govern the program operating model, including decision rights, escalation paths, and performance standards
  • Negotiate goals, metrics, SLAs, and handoff standards with channel owners and business unit leaders
  • Direct enterprise-level assessment of channel capacity and frameworks for optimizing lead and referral volume, flow, and quality
  • Partner with Solutions Design and Technology leadership on the capability and investment roadmap
  • Manage staffing strategy and long-term organizational design for the function
  • Build leadership bench strength through development and succession planning
  • Foster engagement, accountability, motivation, and development across the team
  • Review current leads and referrals processes and operationalize the TIAA Wealth & Advice program
  • Manage direct-report performance through feedback and formal reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of wealth management experience
  • University degree preferred
  • Knowledge of business development, client relationship management, practice management strategy, quantitative analysis, retirement planning selling, sales, TIAA products/services, and wealth management
  • Ability to establish enterprise strategy and multi-year roadmaps
  • Ability to design and govern operating models
  • Ability to negotiate goals, metrics, SLAs, and handoff standards
  • Ability to assess channel capacity and optimize lead/referral volume, flow, and quality
  • Experience partnering with Solutions Design and Technology leadership
  • Experience managing teams and developing organizational design
  • Physical requirement: Sedentary Work
