About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare analytical reports on trust portfolio status for clients and management
- Participate in client review meetings to present portfolio performance and investment strategies
- Assist Portfolio Managers with stock, bond, and mutual fund trade execution and verification
- Monitor portfolio assets and adherence to clients’ investment policy statements
- Discuss portfolio positioning, performance, and investment strategies with clients
- Analyze market, industry, and risk trends to support portfolio adjustment recommendations
- Present investment recommendations to clients alongside Portfolio Managers
- Monitor portfolio rebalancing and assist with resolving client service issues
- Gather critical client information with TCSG for service resolution
- Initiate client service requests via Salesforce CRM and liaise between TCSG, clients, and Portfolio Management
- Update wealth management databases and client records
- Conduct ad hoc research and loss forecasting analysis
- Maintain current knowledge of capital markets and the investment management industry
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of financial services experience
- FINRA Series 65 preferred; if not currently licensed, can be obtained within 90 days
- Beginner or intermediate level of investment knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree preferred qualification
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong relationship management skills with client-facing experience
- Self-directed, self-starter, and motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to perform at a high level independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Ability to analyze and prioritize large amounts of information and manage multiple priorities
- All licenses must be obtained within 30 days from start date
