About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage product strategy and the end-to-end product lifecycle
  • Support TIAA’s forms modernization effort, transitioning from a paper-based platform to a digital-first solution
  • Help customers find the right form instantly, with real-time validation and straight-through processing
  • Coordinate with enterprise partners to deliver product strategy and cohesive operations, promotion, and delivery
  • Research product trends, positioning strategies, consumer behavior, form-completion patterns, and market conditions
  • Produce reports on performance, error reduction, and cost impact
  • Establish and maintain control over the forms inventory
  • Determine which forms should be simplified, digitized, or eliminated within each delivery cycle
  • Monitor metrics and market dynamics and measure performance against business expectations
  • Coordinate strategic processes and align partners on product lifecycle decisions
  • Identify, establish controls for, test, and mitigate product risks with legal, risk, and compliance teams
  • Act as subject matter expert on product features and services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of work experience required
  • 5+ years of work experience preferred
  • University degree preferred
  • Product management experience
