About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform data quality checks and analysis using advanced technology platforms
  • Maintain product knowledge across organizational assets and investment portfolios
  • Work with risk vendors to resolve risk metric calculation issues
  • Identify technology utilization and enhancement opportunities
  • Use technology tools for data analysis and presentation to identify issues or gaps
  • Gather requirements from investment risk managers and design reporting solutions
  • Partner with technology teams on enhancement requests and User Acceptance Testing
  • Design and develop automated, standardized reporting for investment risk groups
  • Provide visibility reporting for regulatory authorities, the Board, and enterprise stakeholders
  • Complete daily, monthly, and quarterly operational processes and data quality checks
  • Support regulatory reporting responsibilities as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience required
  • 3+ years in investment risk data analysis, PL/SQL, data analytics, and AWS Cloud knowledge
  • University degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience preferred
  • Python, AWS, Java programming, Power BI, and Tableau preferred
  • Knowledge of risk technology platforms, risk metrics, and investment risk reporting
  • Ability to perform data quality checks and analysis
  • Ability to work with vendors and technology teams
  • Ability to support User Acceptance Testing
  • Ability to complete daily, monthly, and quarterly operational processes
  • Sedentary work physical requirements
