  • Customize and integrate packaged enterprise applications to meet client requirements
  • Assist clients with selecting and implementing software modules and sub-modules
  • Develop customizations based on client requirements

  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional efforts for Workday product launches

  • Drive Workday best practices, methods, and tools to maximize platform value
  • Support Workday adoption through team development and shared ways of working
  • Explore and implement AI capabilities, machine learning extensions, and intelligent automation tools

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of work experience required
  • 7+ years of work experience preferred
  • University degree preferred
  • Expert knowledge in Workday Studio, EIB, and CoreConnector
  • Expert knowledge in C++, C#, VC++, Java, and PL/SQL
  • Strong domain understanding in Human Resources, Payroll, and Compensation
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodology, Continuous Integration and Deployment, Data Analysis, Debugging, DevOps, Enterprise Application Integration, Operating Systems Management, Programming, Software Development, Software Development Life Cycle, and Web Application Development
  • Experience building custom apps using the Workday Extend framework
  • Ability to explore and implement AI capabilities, machine learning extensions, and intelligent automation tools
