About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist clients in selecting and implementing software modules and sub-modules
- Develop customizations based on client requirements
- Integrate packaged technology into clients' business environments
- Design, develop, and re-engineer complex application components
- Integrate software packages, programs, and reusable objects across multiple platforms
- Build custom apps using the Workday Extend framework from App Hub configuration through production deployment
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional efforts for Workday product launches
- Set team priorities and ensure accountable execution
- Drive Workday best practices and support platform adoption through team development
- Explore and implement AI capabilities, machine learning extensions, and intelligent automation tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of work experience required
- 7+ years of work experience preferred
- Expert knowledge in C++, C#, VC++, Java, and PL/SQL
- Expert knowledge in Workday Studio, EIB, and CoreConnector
- Strong domain understanding in Human Resources, Payroll, and Compensation
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology, Continuous Integration and Deployment, Data Analysis, Debugging, DevOps, Enterprise Application Integration, Operating Systems Management, Programming, Software Development, Software Development Life Cycle, and Web Application Development
- University degree preferred
- Ability to perform sedentary work
