Conduct process improvement and continuous improvement analyses to identify upgrades aligned with business-unit goals
Implement complex process enhancements to improve operating efficiency and cost effectiveness
Partner with functional teams across the organization to identify needs and strategize business solutions
Review business diagnostics to identify, quantify, and prioritize value-creation projects
Ensure smooth and effective transitions to new programs and implemented solutions
Use metrics to demonstrate the organizational impact of implemented changes
Coach and mentor lower-level professionals

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, management consulting, or a related discipline
3+ years of experience working autonomously, managing complex workstreams, tracking and reporting metrics, and presenting results to senior and executive leadership
3+ years of experience applying process improvement and change management methodologies, including Lean principles and root cause analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
Ability to build compelling executive-ready presentations and data visualizations
SAFe certification such as SAFe Agilist, SAFe Practitioner, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent substantial demonstrable experience in scaled Agile frameworks
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification or equivalent applied experience leading data-driven process improvement initiatives
University degree preferred
Experience or knowledge working with Agentic AI technologies preferred
Experience translating complex data and process findings into clear, actionable recommendations preferred
Experience collaborating with IT partners to define requirements development strategy and prioritize multiple workstreams or initiatives preferred
